EDO TAKEOUT

I am beyond excited to introduce this new place to you guys! There are a lot of times when I miss Korean food, and for a while, I had to Uber my way off of campus to get decent Korean food. But when I heard a new Asian takeout place was opening up on campus, I was so excited to try it out. Edo Takeout is a new Japanese takeout place that also has a variety of Korean foods. Its a takeout restaurant because the place is really small and you have to be lucky to get a table. Their most popular food item is called the Fat Cup. When you get the Fat Cup, you're able to choose three food items and they put it all in one bowl for you. When I went last week, I got spicy pork, shrimp tempura, and spam in my Fat Cup. Also, if you're a sushi lover like me, you can also get a side of a sushi roll. And let me just tell you...it did not disappoint. The Fat Cup was very filling and very worth its price. Also, the Japanese-themed restaurant is nicely decorated, and they play K-pop all day every day, which is ALWAYS a plus!
